Lots of different breeders and lots of different breeds! Since we can't personally vouch for them, we suggest that when looking for a particular pigeon breed you contact your local pigeon club, or a breed specific club and ask them to recommend a reputable breeder.
Please be very careful when adding new birds to your flock and always quarantine new arrivals. Birds can harbor all sorts of bacteria, viruses, and parasites without showing any symptoms. No matter where we get our new birds, we adhere to a strict 45-60 quarantine. During this time we vaccinate for PMV, Salmonella, eColi, and Pox, and treat for the usual suspects: worms, canker, cocci, lice, salmonella, eColi. No birds are permitted in our loft until they receive the all-clear! We suggest you find a similar protocol that will work for you and protect your birds.
